In spearheading and embracing the evolution of diplomacy alongside technological advancements, Denmark has adopted a transparent, public-oriented approach to tech diplomacy. Engaging through social media, digital published media and a publicly available strategy, we are committed to sharing our insights and perspectives with the wider public.
KEy Achievements & Results
- Media Engagement: Denmark’s message on responsible tech and its approach to tech diplomacy has found its voice in various media outlets across North America, Asia, and Europe. By sharing our stories and perspectives, we continuously aim to spark meaningful conversations on the responsible use and development of technology. A list of media appearances can be found here.
- Public Diplomacy: Engaged a global audience through social media and digital platforms with the goal of opening windows into the world of tech diplomacy and making it accessible and relevant globally. We aim to demystify tech policy and foster wider societal discussions.
- Live appearances: The tech ambassador has spoken at numerous conferences and events, including Tallinn Digital Summit, and livestreamed interviews at Techonomy and SXSW — the latter with EVP Margrethe Vestager, Tristan Harris and Senator Amy Klobuchar.
